Watercolor Exploration Group: Autumn
Four Mondays of watercolor, creativity, and community at Field Co.
Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the very first time or looking to refine your watercolor skills, you’re invited to join us for a four-week watercolor exploration group!
Together, we’ll work through Emily Lex’s beautiful Watercolor Workbook: Autumn, exploring watercolor techniques, learning through guided exercises, and discovering the joy of painting one page at a time. The workbook offers a wonderful way to learn the fundamentals, practice new techniques, and build confidence with watercolor, no matter where you are in your artistic journey.
But this group is about more than just learning to paint. It’s an opportunity to slow down, make something with your hands, share the creative process, and meet other people who are curious about art. We’ll learn alongside one another, exchange ideas, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making art in community.
What to expect:
Four weekly Monday gatherings focused on watercolor exploration
Guided practice using Emily Lex’s Watercolor Workbook: Autumn
Watercolor supplies provided for use during our sessions
A welcoming environment for beginners, experienced artists, and everyone in between
Time to connect with other creatives and enjoy the process of learning together
When: Mondays at 1:00 PM, beginning October 26th
Where: Field Co Creative
What to bring: Participants must purchase their own copy of Emily Lex’s Watercolor Workbook: Autumn and bring it to the first session. All watercolor painting supplies will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own brushes, paint, and paper)
Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and give yourself permission to explore. You don’t have to be an artist to begin — just be willing to try.
Let’s make a little space for creativity, connection, and the colors of autumn.
